School Dinners

Rowhill School has its own kitchen where meals are prepared daily by Kay Murphy and her team.

All dietary needs are met to a high standard and the kitchen has achieved a five star rating over the past five years.

The cost of the school lunch is £2.30 a day or £11.50 per week. If your child is in Year R, 1 & 2 they will automatically be entitled to a Universal Free school meal. Eligibility for free school meals can be checked by clicking the following KCC link - http://www.kent.gov.uk/education-and-children/schools/free-school-meals . An application form for free school meals can be requested from the school office or by calling 01474 705377.

Pupils may bring packed lunches. Any drinks bought to the School must be in plastic containers and not glass bottles or cans. As a Healthy School, fizzy drinks are not allowed.

We are now using SCOPAY for online payments

I don’t yet have a SCOPAY.com account:

Visit www.scopay.com or download the SCOPAY mobile app and Register as a New User.  Follow the instructions on the screen to enter your details and add the unique online link code when prompted (codes have been sent out). Note that the SCOPAY app code can only be used to link a second account. If you need assistance creating your account, there are help guides on the login page.  If you have received a letter for any other children at this school, refer to the next paragraph to link them to this account.

I already have a SCOPAY.com account for another child:

Visit www.scopay.com or download the SCOPAY mobile app and log on to your existing account using your username (email address) and password. Select Your Info then Link Accounts. Add the unique online Link Code or scan the QR code  (on the mobile app) to add an account.  The childs name will then appear in the dropdown on the screen.

Note: You only need your online link code/QR code when registering. It is no longer needed once your account has been activated.  If you require a second code (for another parent, relative or carer to create an account), please request this from school.

If you have a question regarding your SCOPAY account, see the SCOPAY Parent Information Page at help.scopay.com.  This page includes information regarding the SCOPAY mobile app, setting up Parental Alerts and FAQs to help with your queries.
